Race facts

“Berlin is a very technical track, you need to stay close to the walls with the aim of maximising corner speed.”

René Rast

Berlin is the only city that has been on the Formula E calendar in all seven seasons. With one exception, the race has always been and will again be held at the former Tempelhof Airport, which is a perfect fit for Formula E with its historic backdrop and compact terrain. In 2020, Berlin hosted the “six-pack” season finale with six races at the end of the season.
